This original nautical chart of the Harbor of Annis Squam in Ipswich Bay, dated 1827, was engraved by Edmund M. Blunt for the publication American Coast Pilot. This book was initially published in 1796 and was the first book of American sailing directions published in the United States. This chart is tinted and in good condition. The framing is done to conservation standards with an attractive burl wood frame.
